Terms of service

• After payment has been received your order will be sent out for delivery with in 1 -4 working days.

• Orders are placed on our website.

• Updates on orders & queries will be done via email or sms 

• Please take note order will only be confirmed once payment is reflected in our account.

• If there is an item we out of stock we will refund you via eft or we will send you a credit voucher 

• Any giveaway or prices are not refunded for cash

• Please use your order number as reference when payment is being made.

• Shipping fees are not refundable

• Please note payment confirms order

• Proof of payment needs to be sent via email glowishsa@gmail.com

• Orders not paid within 2 workings days will be cancelled 

• No deliveries on weekends & Public holidays.

• Office hours: Monday to Friday - 9 am to 4pm

• Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays we closed 

• All our Orders will be sent out for delivery TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS.
