Refund policy

• All electric items has a 6 month warranty, must be represented a reason for return 

• We don’t accept any used products for returns.

• Broken products will not be refunded, only faulty products (within 15 days) 

• No goods will be refunded after 15 days of being received. 

• Sold out item - If a product is sold out after processing of order at time of packaging we will refunded via EFT or you can use the credit on your next order 

• Any damage or missing items needs to be informed to us with in 48 hours after receiving order

• Orders will be cancelled after 2 working days if payment hasn’t been received.

• Orders can not be cancelled after it has been shipped.

• Tuesdays and Thursdays we will be sending out our order for delivery 🚚
